Maryland State Delegate Scholarship
Delegate Kym Taylor - District 23
Thank you for your interest in the 2024-2025 Maryland State Delegate Scholarship offered through the office of Delegate Kym Taylor. Applications are now being accepted. The closing date is April 30, 2024, at 11:59pm. To receive full consideration by the Review Committee, please ensure that your application is completed in full by the closing date.

ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS: The Delegate Scholarship is offered to Maryland residents who plan to or currently attend a Maryland college, university, or private career school. Both part-time and full-time students may apply.
First preference will be given to those students who reside in District 23. If you are unsure, please check the following link to determine your resident district: http://mdelect.net/
UNIQUE MAJOR: Award recipients may use this scholarship at an out-of-state school if your major is not available at any Maryland institution. In order to verify your major as unique, you must complete and submit the online 2024-2025 Unique Major Application by July 31, 2024. The application will be
available on the MHEC website in mid-March.
Please complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The deadline for completion has been extended to June 1, 2024; however, this scholarship application deadline remains April 30, 2024.
